We have been reading about and learning more
about the power of art in the form of ritual. Rituals can be powerful because
they involve a sort of dialogue and manipulation which can invoke beauty within
our perspectives. Ritual is also powerful because it is not an imitative art,
but a participative one. The art of ritual can lead us to experience many forms
of emotion and beauty which we might not have been previously aware of.
