In class we discussed Neko Case's strategy of producing her music and first having an understanding with the work of art.
Should all artists have a connection with their music in such a way that Neko has? Her process is long and still continuing, but the art can have such an impact into ones life. She also involved on going aspects of her life into a song that was (somewhat) already written.
We have looked at art so far as a finished product not an on going process, can art be an on going process and not just a finished process? Or how can artist portray going art?
