Mary Smith - Commercials with Beauty (My Choosing #4)
Recently I viewed a commercial for a famous men's and women's beauty brand, Dove. In this advertisement, four randomly picked women were to get their faces drawn by an artist, yet the artist wasn't able to see them. As they stood with a curtain in between them, the woman described her face and its' features and the artist drew what she described. After completing all four sketches, pairs out of the four women were acquainted with one another for a while. Then each woman went to sit behind the curtain again and described the woman she met. At the end, we notice that each woman described herself very harshly and in an ugly manner, but each stranger described her as having lovely features and being beautiful.
